This blog space will be solely dedicated to releases, information, and updates about the radio show.
If you're new to the DJ Big Joe Mix Show series, then get ready to get hooked. At this point I've put together nearly 35 full length mix CD's. I scour the internet for the hottest dance remixes to the most popular tracks played on the radio. I adjust transitions between tracks and slightly tweak things like the tempo and sometimes the EQ, or extend the vocals and blend different mixes of the same track together.
Lets not forget that the DJ Big Joe Mix Show would not be possible without the DJ's that put together the actual remixed tracks that I use in my mix CD's. Since you generally can't find a way to purchase the remix versions of a track, my mixes are completely non-profit. All I ask is that you support the DJ's, artists, radio stations, and record labels by buying the merchandise that they do sell.
I put together these mixes mostly for my own personal entertainment using tracks that I usually find freely downloadable on different sites simply by using Google. I also see these mixes as a promotional vehicle for the artists and tracks included on them. However, should any DJ, artist, or record label have any issues with me doing this, please contact me directly for removal in the event that there may be a copyright issue. Please note that it is not my intent to violate any copyrights held by those people.
